Be yourself. Stop doing the fathom of pretentious. Show what you are, be what you are. Once we drop the act and be ourselves, the realization of content and the importance of oneself develops.
Eat healthily and maintain a protein-full of diet. Studies have shown that if you eat too much of junk food, you feel super over and that is not ideal. Reduce the intake of sodas and junk food. A good fresh diet will keep your mind active.
